- 1.5-2lbs salmon filets
- 1 TBSP garlic paste
- 1 TBSP ginger paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 TBSP tandoori masala
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 TBSP neutral oil
- Combine the first 6 ingredients to make a paste.
- Rub the paste on the salmon filets.
- Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Broil under high heat for 10-12 minutes., or until the filets are lightly charred.
- Squeeze with a bit of fresh lemon and enjoy!.
